We as a business take great care in listing all of the allergens contained WITHIN food items. However as a small business some foods MAY CONTAIN TRACES of allergens that have not been listed because they share a pan with other products that may contain the allergens or may have come in to contact with oil that is known to drip during transfers from one place to another we cannot 100% guarantee that the foods you eat will be allergen free. We can adjust which pans we cook certain food items in to try and help accommodate your needs, but we do advise that if your allergy is likely to cause harm to your health that you do not dine with us. It is your responsibility to contact us if you are in doubt. If you are unsure and still dine with us, The Contented Sole accepts no responsibility for damages to health as we do our best to stick to our frying methods.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
